"Easy return when I really didn’t feel like dealing with one"
I had to return a part because I ordered the wrong one, which was completely on me. I was dreading the whole customer service back-and-forth because I’m worn out on that stuff lately, but orlandorc replied quickly and gave me clear steps without making it a big thing.
The refund came through shortly after they received the part, and they even helped me figure out the correct replacement. It was simple, fair, and didn’t drain any more of my patience, which I appreciated. I’d order from them again.

"Not great repair experience"
I sent my RC in to get fixed the whole thing was frustrating. I didn’t really get much in the way of updates, and when I reached out, tech support was slow and didn’t seem to help much with this or that. After paying for the repair, I’m still dealing with the same issue, so it kind of feels like nothing really got fixed.

"Maybe it’s just me, but race day felt..."
Maybe it’s just me, but race day felt messy from the start. The setup didn’t seem very organized, there were long waits, and it just felt like things weren’t running smoothly. I was hoping for a better overall experience.

"I Thought My Package Had Vanished Forever"
My order did eventually show up, but wow, it took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so for a while I was convinced it had disappeared into another dimension or something. I kept checking like a maniac because I had no idea if it was actually on the way. It finally arrived, but the whole thing felt unreliable to me.

"Good selection, but I still had a few gripes"
I was able to find the RC parts I needed without having to search all over the place, which was nice. They had more choices than I expected, and most of the stuff was actually in stock. That said, I did find myself wishing the site was a little easier to browse. It wasn’t terrible, but it felt a bit clunky, i kept noticing that while I was looking around. Ordering was easy enough, though, and everything went fine overall. Happy with orlandorc, even if the browsing could be better

"Fun track, but a few things bugged me"
I had a good time overall, and the track itself was fun. The layout is straightforward and easy to get into a rhythm with, so getting laps in was nice. That said, a few parts of the facility felt a little worn down, which was kind of frustrating because it wouldn’t take much to clean it up and make the place feel better maintained. It wasn’t dirty or anything, just not as polished as it could be. Still, the track was in decent shape and I’d probably go back, I just wish they’d fix up those little rough spots.

I had a decent experience with orlandorc.com. The staff seemed to know their stuff and took the time to answer my questions, which I appreciated. I didn’t feel like they were trying to rush me through anything. One part did take a little longer than I expected, but overall they were helpful and easy to work with.
